I read a lot of Gabriel Garcia Marquez (for the lyrical descriptions), Jeanette Winterson (for the ultimate escape), Margaret Atwood (to cure sadness and blues), Virginia Woolf (when I want to be sad or blue), Jasper Forde (for a laugh), Terry Pratchett ( to feel 15 again) and Brett Easton Ellis (when I’m angry).
Favourite Movies: Princess Bride, Labyrinth, Room with a View and Amelie when I’m feeling girly.
Breaking the Waves when I want to cry.
Anything by Pedro Almodavar, Wong Kar Wai, Hal Hartley, Wes Anderson, Jean- Pierre Jeunet or Hayao Miyazaki any time…
Favourite Ways to pass the time… watching tv series on box set, going to the movies, going on adventures without a map of guide book, writing letters, writing my blog, writing my diary, reading…
